Chef Will's culinary journey began seventeen years ago in St. Louis, Missouri, building on classical French training. Over the past decade in Los Angeles, he has built upon his expertise in culinary management, complemented by a specialization in World Cuisine and Cultures from Le Cordon Bleu College in 2011. His passion for food is reflected in his diverse experience which includes cafe revitalization, meticulous food styling, fine-dining artistry, and development of innovative menus for places like the Buoy Haus Resorts and The Pink Palm Boutique Hotel by American Beech in the US Virgin Islands.
