Refund Policy

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
1. The Curation Deposit
To secure your date and begin the bespoke curation process (including menu design, vendor sourcing, and concept development), a 35% non-refundable Curation Deposit is required. This fee represents the intellectual property and administrative labor performed prior to the event.
2. Refund Schedule
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds of the remaining balance (total contract minus the Curation Deposit) will be issued as follows:
* 60+ Days Prior: 100% of the remaining balance.
* 30–59 Days Prior: 50% of the remaining balance.
* Less than 30 Days Prior: No refunds will be issued. This accounts for committed labor costs for outsourced chefs, staff, and perishable procurement.
3. Intellectual Property Clause
All curated concepts, custom menus, and event flows provided by OralEncore are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. In the event of cancellation, the client is strictly prohibited from using these designs or menus for any future event without express written consent from Company.
4. Staffing & Outsourcing
Our partners (chefs, sommeliers, and service staff) are booked specifically for your engagement. Because these professionals turn down other work to commit to your date, any cancellation within the 30-day window requires full payment of their contracted rates.
5. Rescheduling
We allow a one-time rescheduling of your event if requested at least 10 days in advance, subject to a $150 rescheduling fee and staff availability.
